Victorian Railways “K” Class Steam Locomotive

The ‘Consolidation’ 2-8-0 type K-Class locomotive was built at Newport workshops between 1922 to 1946. Mainly used on light branchlines generally with mixed traffic a total of 53 were built. Samhongsa created a beautiful steamer in a number of different versions including those now preserved with Steamrail Victoria.
